A procedure relating to entry protocol is agreed which will be adhered to by our attending Officer. Then the relevant keys are collected for which a receipt is given. We then code the keys and seal them within our secure control room. This seal will only be broken when attendance to your premises is necessary. Once the service is agreed we will undertake to instigate appropriate action as required, and look after your interests, relieving you of any worry whilst you are away from your property.
